Formerly, the acting COO for an 8000+ employee company with 120+ locations and 7 layers of management, Chris was able to significantly improve the sales and profitability of the locations. Chris started his own company - Pivotal Resource Group - and provided general management and sales management consulting services for more than 5 years, growing Pivotal into a successful practice.
Deborah Justice, VP of Business Development - Deborah Justice is currently the Director of Business Development and Training with Strategic Sales Growth and joined the firm in September of 2004. Deborah provides training for sales teams and small business leaders. Deborah is a recipient of the “Impact 100” awarded by Business Leader Magazine, a recipient of the “Women in Business” award from Triangle Business Journal and was COO for a local employment staffing firm that received the Pinnacle Award from the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce 3 times, and the Fast 50 Award from the Triangle Business Journal 3 times. Deborah has an undergraduate degree from NCSU in Humanities & Social Sciences and a Masters Degree from NCSU in Adult Education with a concentration in Corporate Training and Development.
Joe Stiles – VP Business Development, Public Programs - Joe Stiles has over 20 years of sales and sales management. He was the Regional Sales Director for the South East and Mid Atlantic region for Kodak Processing, and has extensive experience with building distributor and direct sales business partnerships. Joe joined Sandler Training as a client seven years ago while selling business technology and consulting solutions into a variety of business situations while working in the Technology Channel.
Eric Christian – Senior Trainer & Coach - Eric Christian works with sales representatives and sales managers in the areas of sales skill development, sales strategy, sales structuring, and sales staffing. Eric has 30 years of experience in sales and sales management, sales training, and marketing analysis. He has a bachelor degree in biology, an associate degree in accounting, and a standard professional 1 teacher license. Eric helps clients to evaluate their business strategies, people, and processes. He provides consulting to improve performance, better communication, and team building. He trains skills, knowledge, and application of the Sandler Selling System.
