Who We Are 

Chris Stark, President- Chris Stark brings over 25 years of experience in management and consulting.  Formerly, the COO for an 8000+ employee company with 120+ locations and 7 layers of management, Chris was able to significantly improve the sales and profitability of the locations.  In 1996, Chris started Pivotal Resource Group providing general management consulting services to medium sized clients. In 1999, Chris bought into Strategic Sales Growth, Inc., a Sandler Training franchise providing sales and sales management training and coaching services for small to medium sized companies.  Since assuming total ownership of  Strategic Sales Growth, Inc. in 2004, Chris quickly led the company to the top 3 franchises of over 220 Sandler Training franchises worldwide.  Finally, in 2006, Chris Stark received the Sandler Sales Excellence Award for closing the largest sales and sales management contract in the over 25 year history of Sandler Systems, Inc.

Joe Stiles – General Manager, Director of Public Programs - Joe Stiles has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience. He was the Regional Sales Director for the South East and Mid Atlantic region for Kodak Processing, and has extensive experience with building distributor and direct sales business partnerships. Joe joined Sandler Training as a client seven years ago while selling business technology and consulting solutions into a variety of business situations while working in the Technology Channel. 

Experience makes the Difference - We have extensive experience in sales and sales management. We bring our organizational expertise, sales management experience, and sales experience into the classroom. We know the difference between theory and real life because we've been through good times and bad over our sales and management careers. We know our sales process and sales techniques work to increase sales because we use them every day.
